Public Safety

As a retired owner of an on-site medical service company, Dean understands the challenges our first responders face. Tightening of City budgets and an increasing amount of calls for service are tough to balance.

Balanced Budget

Dean Grose is prepared to provide sound fiscal guidance and develop new non-tax sources of revenue to support essential City Services.

Community Services

Dean continues to work hard to improve the quality of life for Los Alamitos youngsters and our senior population. He is an instructor and member of the CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) for the LBFD and on the leadership council for the O.C. Medical Reserve Corps.

Protecting our Youth

Dean has the experience needed for Los Alamitos. He has attended a number of Dept. of Justice agency citizens academies and volunteers for these agencies in the community to help inform and educate on the dangers of opioids and drugs; balancing second amendment rights and firearms; and has served on the local Youth Center board of directors for eight years.
